1. Service Description

AirX eSIM provides digital eSIM plans for Cambodian travelers visiting Japan. Our services include order processing, payment verification, and eSIM QR code delivery. Users are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with eSIM technology.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Payment and Order Processing

All payments are processed through local bank transfers. After submitting your order, you will receive an order number and payment ID. It is your responsibility to complete the payment using the instructions provided. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully verified.

4. eSIM Activation and Usage

Upon successful payment verification, a QR code will be generated for your eSIM. It is your responsibility to scan and activate the eSIM on your device. AirX eSIM is not responsible for any issues caused by improper activation or incompatible devices.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of AirX eSIM in cases where the QR code cannot be generated due to technical errors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on this website, is the property of AirX eSIM by SpaciaNet. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

AirX eSIM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of connectivity, compatibility issues, or delays in QR code delivery.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
